Mid-century modern design/build consultation

We are looking for someone with design/build knowledge who can help us improve the curb appeal of our home.  The house was built in the 60s with few changes.  We're hoping to modernize/update things, and want our home to not just look good, but be structurally sound and adhere to all the local codes, etc.  We're not in a huge rush to do this project, but would like the person to have availability to speak with us in the next month or two.  We'd love to hear any recommendations.  TIA!
