looking for tech help with my PC, possibly a CAL student

Specifically, I need help transferring my email account from Microsoft Outlook to Google.com email account. Not a Mac. I currently have Windows 10. Willing to pay a decent amount for such assistance in my home in Southwest Berkeley.
