Leak Detection, waterproofing?

The heavy rains this winter have unmasked a leaking area either in our stucco or our tile deck (or perhaps both). We have worked with American Leak Detection in the past and did not have a great experience. Any recommendations for contractors or other businesses that can both diagnose and fix/waterproof leaks? Thanks so much for any intel!
