Info on girls’ gymnastics teams / developmental programs?

Hi! Anyone have recent experience with any of the girls’ gymnastics teams in the East Bay? I’d love to hear any and all pros and cons of different programs! I’m wondering which are the best programs and why. Thank you so much!
