gymnastics camp: Cal vs Head over Heels

My son wants to do a week of gymnastics camp over the summer, so I am looking at either UC Berkeley gymnastics camps or Head over Heels. If your kid has done both, a quick compare/contrast would be helpful. This is for a 6 year old with no gymnastics experience. He'll be happier with a mix of structured time & free play, as opposed to every second being scheduled. Thanks!
