city of Berkeley specialty rec camps for 5 year old?

Hi everyone! We're unfamiliar with the Berkeley rec camps at Live Oak and are having a hard time finding much info about them, especially the specialty camps. Has anyone done any of the specialty camps before? If so, I'd love to hear your experience! Some specific questions: Question 1: for the half-day camp, do they just sit in the room and do the activity for three hours? I'm looking at some of the Lego camps, and am wondering if it's literally three hours of building with Legos (which wouldn't be a problem!) or if they go outside, take a snack break, play games, or anything else. Question #2 -- same question, but for the full-day camps-- how do they handle lunch? Do they go outside, do they do any other activities besides the designated specialty activity? Final question: Right now both camps I'm interested in have zero kids enrolled. Is it likely they'll fill as we get closer to summer, or will they hold the camp even if only 3-4 kids sign up? I'm worried about signing up and then having the camp be cancelled for lack of enrollment. Thanks in advance -- all advice is appreciated!
