Bilingual (Spanish/English) Reading Tutor in Berkeley/Oakland

My 6 year old whose first language is Spanish and is now going to an English only school is about to start first grade, and needs some assistance with sounding out words/reading skills.  I would like a tutor that is familiar with bilingual education and can support him in both languages in a fun/interactive way.  Any recommendations?
