Baking Camps for 14 year old

We know about Cooking Round the World Summer Camp and will definitely sign up for at least one week of that, but were wondering if there were any other summer camps or types of things that offered such an experience for a teenager. She has been baking on an almost daily basis since this fall and would love an opportunity to learn more about baking. Any suggestions appreciated.
