Anxiety is pervasive, pushy, and overwhelming. It's also predictable and therefore, eminently treatable. This informative workshop is designed to equip parents and caregivers with tools to support their children's ability to manage anxiety and step into resilience.

Meet Molly Gales, LMFT: Molly is a Berkeley-based LMFT with 30+ years of experience, specializing in adolescents, families, and the LGBTQ+ community, particularly those experiencing anxiety. She addresses depression, trauma, and chronic illness using process-oriented therapy. She also founded Classroom Matters in 1998.
