Bay Language Academy: After School Program with Languages, Arts and more

Our engaging and interactive classes are conducted in small groups to ensure individual attention and high-quality content. Some students also participate in our after-school program, which encompasses language classes and additional activities.​

The after-school program offers a comprehensive experience, featuring languages, art classes, music and dance appreciation, cooking demonstrations, yoga and breathing exercises, among other activities. We provide pedagogical materials, including exercises, activities, PowerPoint presentations, and digital books, shared among class members.​

We cater to students from Pre-K to 12th grade, as well as adults, grouping them by age, ability, prior exposure to the target language, and whether the language is spoken at home. Our curriculum includes 14 different sub-levels for each language we teach.​

Our activities emphasize learning by doing to enhance language skills and include weekly art workshops, craft activities, cooking demonstrations, meditative breathing and stretching exercises, and outdoor activities. All four pillars of language learning are assessed.​

Our dynamic team consists of native-speaking instructors who are dedicated, experienced, passionate, and certified, holding advanced degrees such as Master's, Ph.D., and/or teaching certificates.​
