Need a CA attorney to review a simple purchase agreement

I run a small local business and am buying another small local business in my same industry from someone I know and trust. We've created a purchase agreement with a template from an experienced mediator of business acquisitions in our industry. To do my own due diligence, I'm looking for a California attorney to review the purchase agreement to inform me if there are any red flags that I'm not seeing in the agreement. The agreement is only 6 pages, straight-forward, and probably a simple job for a business lawyer. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
