Concrete stair repair and handrail replacement recommendations

The external concrete steps of my 100+ year hear craftsman home are cracked and the metal handrail needs replacement. The handrail is in two separate sections and one section is hazardous. I've seen recommendations for concrete specialists or handrails replacement, but not both. This will be our first project of this kind so I'm looking for:

• recommendations for places that can take care of both the concrete steps (cracks where the handrails attach) and metal handrail replacement
• ballpark range for such work--I like an idea of what's reasonable
