*New Moms Support Groups Starting Soon*

In these challenging times it is even more important to have as much community and support as possible - especially as a new mom!

Support Group For Mothers has new groups starting soon

Groups For First Time Moms

Groups for Second and Third Time Moms

Groups are starting:

March 19th

April 8th

May 7th

For more information or to register for a group, please go to:

www.supportgroupformothers.com

Join other moms and babies in an opportunity for connection & support - both immediate and long term support

Six week groups meet twice a week:

Once a week for a facilitated conversation

Once a week for an activity or outing with the other moms and babies - this more casual outing really helps grow connections and confidence in getting out and about with your little one

Groups continue to meet after the first six weeks and we plan for this during our last session to make the transition smooth

Most groups stay together for years once they begin!

Groups meet in the lovely and comfortable Emeryville offices of East Bay Lactation Associates & Loving Arms Birth and Parenting

Easy, free, unlimited time street parking & near public transport

We focus on topics important to new moms & their families: sharing birth, adoption or surrogacy stories; discussing and coming up with suggestions for practical challenges like sleep, feeding, comforting, developing routines, encouraging development; relationships and communication, sharing parenting responsibilities; returning to work - or not, finding childcare, others caring for your baby; local resources, taking care of yourself, exercise and care options; identity and much more....

After each session I send out resources to explore further or for support in finding what you need

These are the longest running support groups for moms in the East Bay

You can read feedback from women who have done these groups on Berkeley Parents Network & Google Business

I did this group myself with my first baby more than 34 years ago

Groups are facilitated by:
