Kindergarten advice and suggestions
Hi my name is Carla, I am having trouble finding a new school to my 5 years old son, and I am writing here with hopes that someone could help me.
I live in San Pablo area, and would like it to be closer like el cerrito, Hercules, Berkeley etc.
I also would like some advices about the choice for public or private schools(Christian School), what would you guys have say about the education, safety and affordability on both schools.
I would like a school for him to stay until high school.

I think the best way to start would be calling the WCCUSD. There is a phone number and other information here: https://www.wccusd.net/newfamilyenrollment You could also check out BPN pages for specific schools in the district and read up on the transfer process. https://www.berkeleyparentsnetwork.org/recommend/schools/wcc/index - this is a nice index page that could give you a place to start. I'm not aware of any public schools that run from kindergarten through high school. I hope you find a great school for your son!
