Birth doulas who work with Kaiser for reimbursement?

Kaiser has recently started offering reimbursement for birth doulas as part of some health insurance plans (see their doula services page), but it seems like many doulas either aren't signed up with Kaiser yet or are hesitant to get involved, given paperwork requirements and typical processing timelines. (Kaiser only pays the doula directly as an out-of-network provider, and won't reimburse families who pay doulas directly.)

Does anybody have recommendations for a doula who has worked with Kaiser along these lines already, or would be willing to go through that onboarding process? Bonus points if the doula also speaks Spanish!
