SF Bay Family Therapy

Hello Parents!  Allow me to introduce my therapy practice in Albany, CA, serving children and teens, 5-17, parents, families, individual adults and couples.  For over 25 years, I have provided high quality and individually tailored therapy services to all types of families in the Bay Area.  If your child is struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, substance abuse, grief/loss, developmental issues or difficult transitions, there's a good chance I can be of help.  I utilize talk, play, music, art, games and therapeutic exercises to help kids express themselves.  If your family needs other forms of support, such as parenting, couples therapy or family therapy, I have years of experience with these modalities as well.  Questions?  Call or email!
