Job for 15 year old?
My 15 year old son is looking for a job, primarily for one month this summer (but ideally also during the school year if possible). He would not be great at administrative/clerical work but could bag groceries, work outdoors or do other manual labor. He also has some childcare experience but is looking for a regular gig this summer, not sporadic babysitting. Lifeguarding wouldn’t be a good choice for him either. I’d appreciate any ideas and/or advice! Thanks so much.

Speaking as an employer, I think it will be tough to find a real 'employer' to hire a kid for a month - it's just not worth someone's time to train an employee who will only be there for 4 weeks. His best bet is likely just trying to advertise himself on Nextdoor for gardening or odds and ends work, but I wouldn't have high expectations about something more substantial.
