Having a child brings men to a pivotal moment in their lives. 

The joy and excitement of becoming a father often come hand-in-hand with the challenges of navigating family life and providing for a growing little one. Sharing the early years of parenthood with other dads can be a powerful way to understand fatherhood, embrace the evolving role of being a dad, and gain fresh perspectives on marriage and parenting. 

Our group is for fathers of young children (0-5 years old) and offers a supportive space to explore expectations, experiences, hopes, and challenges in fatherhood. 

• Date/Time: Twice a month on Thursdays (7:00PM - 8:30PM) 
• Duration: On-going A commitment of 6 sessions is required after your first meeting Location: 
• Location: Jason’s Group alternates between online and in-person in Berkeley. Chandler’s Group meets on-line.
