Rec. for practitioner to get rid of broken capillaries/angioma

Hello! I am looking for a practitioner to address broken blood vessels on my nose and cheek and a cherry angioma (basically a red freckle) on my forehead. I assume I’m looking to get them lasered off.  Is there someone good in Oakland/Berkeley/Walnut Creek? I’m aware of Kasier’s cosmetic dermatology services, but I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking for so I’d like to be able to consult with someone re: the course of treatment and the cost of the services before starting them. Also, any thoughts on how much this will cost would be helpful! Thanks so much!
