Children's Garden Montessori: Immediate Preschool Openings for Fall 2024/Winter 2025

Children’s Garden Montessori School is a small home-based Montessori and play-based preschool in El Cerrito for children 17 months – 5 years old. We believe in following the spirit of the child, and honoring each child’s independence and unique learning style. Our director, Alaina Benner, has 35 years’ experience, and our team of teachers bring a wealth of energy, warmth, caring, and creativity. We have a big, beautiful backyard with three climbing structures and a sandbox. We offer gymnastics classes as well as daily art activities and an academic program for the older children. The school is open Tuesdays-Fridays from 9am-4pm. Parents may choose 2, 3, or 4 mornings a week from 9am-1pm, and up to 4 afternoons until 3pm or 4pm, prorated for how long your child stays.
