Teen drummer looking for band mates

We’re working on helping our teen son with forging positive human connections. He’s interested in serving as a drummer for teen and young adult bands in the East Bay. Our son is neurodivergent and sometimes needs a little help connecting into social situations, and sometimes with interpreting interactions. So we’re hoping to connect with patient communicators. 

We are in El Cerrito and our son attends a performing arts school in Walnut Creek so something between these two areas would be great. 

His styles are more on the alternative/rock side and he’s starting to work more on neosoul type stuff - like Childish Gambino, and stuff from the Gorillaz Demon Daze album.
