Lead-safe carpet removal and replacement recommendations

We live in Alameda and are looking for recommendations for a flooring company to do carpet removal and replacement. We learned that the carpet in our home (older Victorian) is contaminated with lead dust, so it’s really important to us to find a company that is certified and will remove the carpet with lead-safe practices. Has anyone been in this situation or have flooring companies you would recommend? Thank you in advance.
