Parents! Need support with your child’s college essay? Worried it’s too late to find a coach? I’m here to help! Whether your child is just getting started or polishing up a final draft, I’ll guide them in crafting an authentic, compelling narrative that truly reflects who they are. Together, I’ll work closely with them to find their unique voice and ensure their essay stands out.

With two Ivy League degrees and a decade of experience mentoring students as an administrator at the University of Pennsylvania, I’ve coached students through successful competitive college, graduate school, and fellowship applications. My students have secured admissions to their choice schools. My experience as a mentor with the NYC-based nonprofit Girls Write Now further honed my ability to support high school students in finding their voice. 

We can meet over Zoom or in person in South Berkeley. It all starts with a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation. Let’s dig deep, reflect, and have a little fun—because writing is a muscle that gets stronger with practice.
