Tax consultant for foreign real estate investment

Hello! We are going forward with trying to get a property in Mexico for foreign real estate investment. We have already consulted with our Mexican counterparts and have more or less a team assembled of Mexican tax advisor, lawyer, and real estate agent. This is our first rental property project, and I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a tax consultant on the US side for our particular use case of foreign real estate. Also any other tips from others who have been through this appreciated. Trying to minimize the “we don’t know what we don’t know” area. Thank you!
