Plastic Surgeon for Otoplasty (Ear Pinning)

Hi - my young adult son is interested in having his ears pinned (otoplasty). Does anyone have recommendations for a plastic surgeon who would be excellent at this and is also kind and warm? Or any other suggestions or thoughts about the procedure? We don't have Kaiser and are not limited by using insurance. Thanks!
