Seeking French Tutor for 5yo's

Hi!  Does anyone know of someone in the area that does french tutoring for young kids (almost 5 yo twins)?  I try to speak French with them at home, but I'm not very consistent and my partner doesn't speak it and the kids don't like it when I do, they get annoyed.  They are French citizens (as am I) and I'd really like them to at least get a foundation in the language while they are still young.  We can't afford full time private french school, but would love to find afterschool programs or tutors speaking French, hoping if it comes from someone else they'll listen!
