Coaching with Dr. Sarah Rapp: Get Support with Extreme Parenting Situations

Are you tired of getting advice that does not work for your child or your family? Is parenting much harder than you imagined it would be? Being a "good parent" looks very different when your child is struggling, and I am here to partner with you so you can get through it. 

I understand what extreme parenting is like and how challenging it can be because I have been there myself. I also have 2 MAs and a PhD in Education, as well as coaching experience and training. All of this enables me to help you use your own wisdom on what you can control to shift feelings, beliefs, and actions so that they work better for you. 

My specialty is working with parents of children and teens who struggle with mental health issues and challenges associated with neurodiversity. These situations might involve school refusal, hospitalization or residential treatment, risky choices, socializing with peers, and more. You are not alone in navigating these difficulties.

I have been told that I have a "special gift" for helping people to better understand themselves and their lives so that they can make progress and feel better. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your parenting journey.
