Psychiatrist (or OB/GYN) recommendation for PMDD?

Hello,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a psychiatrist or possibly an Ob/GYN who is experienced with PMDD treatment? In this case, a severe case. Newly returned to the area and desperate for help. Thanks so much! (One who accepts Aetna insurance, ideally)
