For foundations I recommend Andrew Pereira with New Bay Construction. He did a whole new foundation and other concrete/demo work for our house renovation, and the work was very high quality. His cell is (925) 783-6590. It sounds like you may want to reach out to general contractors to assess all of the work that needs to be done, though. Unfortunately I don't have any great recommendations for that.
