Naturopath Who Specializes in Menopause
I'm searching for a naturopath (preferably) in the East Bay who specializes in menopause. I'm looking for someone who will do a complete hormone panel test, translate the results, and offer guidance. Thank you.

Judy Lane with the Preventive Medical Center of Marin is fantastic. I have used her for over 10 years in my transition through menopause. She is patient in helping titrate dosages and trying different approaches. I highly recommend her.

(I see Dr Erin) They just sent an email about two free events they are having soon to talk about menopause. Maybe you can try the free event and see if you like them? I did the 3 month jumpstart program, and they did lots of labs, RXd HRT, and supplements. I have adjusted my dosage a few times as we figure out what works best for me. It's been super comprehensive, and I feel very heard and cared for. They are certainly experts, I've tried and failed this route with others who weren't so the difference is glaring. Good luck!
