Inner Terrain

Integrative therapy and coaching for youth and adults to live a happier and more authentic life.   Rooted in helping individuals and families reconnect to themselves and the natural world to bring balance and meaning into life.  I work with youth ages 8+, including teens, and adults.  I bring a unique angle in addressing a multitude of challenges in life by incorporating eco therapy, mindfulness and narrative work.  These approaches have built strong empowerment, new perspectives and relief from the struggles that we may experience.
