Concierge Doctors

Recommendations for concierge doctors in Berkeley/Oakland or nearby? We've finally had enough with the inconsistent, mistake-prone, unreliable care we've received via the Sutter system and are looking to move our primary care to a concierge doctor. (Not looking to join One Medical.) Priorities are high level of competence, responsiveness, thoroughness, warm bedside manner, consistency with one provider, and ability to get patients in for appointments same or next-day when needed. Would love to hear any recommendations this group might have!
