Doctor recommendation needed for Vasectomy procedure

Would you recommend the doctor you used for your (or your partner's) vasectomy procedure?

The recs on BPN are a bit old, so we are hoping to find some newer recommendations.  We figured BPN would be a good place to ask!  :)
