The lessons and level range from Pre-Algebra through Calculus. I specialize in AP Calculus as well as SAT Prep, Academic Coaching, and Executive Functioning.
I am a dance choreographer which gives me a creative approach to the beautiful rigor of mathematics.

Maureen Whiting is an exquisitely skilled and creative tutor. Teens connect with her so well and feel understood, and her enthusiasm about math is contagious. Maureen was the perfect person to support our student who had missed a high school semester of math classes. Together, they made a plan to review concepts so there were no learning gaps. Maureen kept us solidly up to date with her reporting notes, which allowed us to be hands off and let our student drive the process. A huge success!
Maureen Whiting has been tutoring my son in math since his 9th grade Covid year, and has worked with him on algebra, geometry and statistics. He's now a high school senior and Maureen has been integral in getting him academically ready for college. He has trouble focusing on math and she has a magical ability to help him tune in to his own understanding.
