Going Rate for Housecleaning

Our house is about 2500 sq ft, 3 BR, 2 full baths and we have it cleaned once per month. it takes our housecleaner about 3 hours to clean the whole house by herself and we pay $210. If we want the windows washed too, we usually add an extra $30 or so and she brings her husband to help out, but otherwise it's just her. She does a pretty good job (not incredible, but totally fine) and I feel it's a great value.

We pay $300 per cleaning. 4bd/3ba 2800 sq feet.

It works out to roughly $35 / hr / person - they have 3 people (the same 3 people each time) and clean for about 3 hours, give or take.

They wash and change sheets for 3 bedrooms (one is a baby’s crib), but do no other laundry other than putting all of the microfiber rags that stay in our home into the wash once finished (as in they do not wash our clothes). They’ll do everything else and are meticulous. They also pick up new cleaning supplies when necessary and we reimburse.

We pay $160 flat for a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, roughly 1,100-square-foot house (monthly cleaning; if it were more often, the rate would be less). There are usually 2 ladies and they take about 2 hours. Hope this helps!

Hi. For a 800sq foot 2/1 we were paying 170. Now for a 1200sq foot 3/2 we are paying 200. 2 cleaners. Takes about 3-4 hours. And they are really good. I’ve had not good cleaners in past or perhaps they weren’t allowed enough time to do a good job by their boss. This is in Oakland 

We pay $140 for 3 cleaners who come every 2 weeks, our house is about 1400 sq ft and takes ~90 min. We used to do every 4 weeks for $180 with the same people, initial cleaning was a bit higher.

$260 for 3,400sq ft home. Usually 2 people and they stay 5 hrs. 

$55/hour, plus we pay for any day we have canceled (vacations, etc.), plus a $500 bonus at Christmas. I probably would not pay quite this much for someone new, but my housekeeper is someone I have known for many years, I trust her completely, and she does amazing work. 

1700 sq ft house. 3 bed/2 bath. $150 flat rate per visit. 2 people come every other week and stay for about 3 - 3.5 hours. I started with this duo in 2017 at the rate of $110. I have given them a steady raise and a little more rate bump recently due to inflation. 

They do dishes and change beddings. The cleaning is pretty basic but good enough, and they are patient with our embarrassing level of kid mess, so we couldn't really ask for more. They do a pretty good job cleaning the bathrooms. If there are anything extra I want them to do, I pay extra. 

We pay a team of 2 cleaners $250 total for each session. They're here for about 3 hours and our house is about 2,000 sq ft (although part of that is a basement that they don't clean). 

We pay $200 for weekly cleaning of a 2200 sq ft house (2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms but not all bedrooms are used) 

Love our housecleaning team and they do a great job! It’s $140 flat rate for our 1800 sq ft house every 2 weeks. Price is higher for monthly and less if we do weekly. It’s a mother daughter team, but daughter is currently out on maternity leave so the mother has an additional helper or 2 so the amount of time depends on it she brings 1 or 2 helpers.
