Seeking a great realtor for annual condo rental

I am a single woman hoping to find a great realtor with detailed local knowledge to help me find a condo in the Berkeley area. I think I would prefer a modern, secure newer building where I could walk alone and feel safe but I am open to hearing about any options that fit my needs.
