Daycare for 12-month old in San Leandro/Castro Valley

Hi all,

I'm a first time parent looking to start my daughter in daycare in August or September, when she will be 11-12 months old. I would really appreciate any recommendations for daycare (especially interested in in-home daycares) that might have availability anywhere near San Leandro, Castro Valley, Oakland or possibly Alameda. We would love to find a safe and loving environment with a high adult to infant ratio (approx 1:4). Outdoor space and healthy meals would be a plus as well as English/Spanish.
