Any recent reviews of Washington Elementary WCUSD?

We are assigned to Washington Elementary, and our kid will go to kinder this fall. The only reason we would consider switching from Washington is for West County Mandarin, as our son has been attending Little Tree Montessori in El Cerrito, which is bilingual Mandarin. The commute to Pinole would be a little rough, but we are willing to consider it. There have been recent reviews of West County Mandarin already, and I know some parents who have put their children there and really like it. I just want to know if anyone can also speak to Washington Elementary, in the event that we either decide not to transfer to WCM or aren't able to because of space limitations. I really like the dual immersion Spanish idea, but I see that actual reviews of the school might be more around 2019 or before the pandemic. Also, for parents with children who attended public kindergarten during the pandemic, did you contend with school closures and remote learning too on a regular basis too? Thanks!
