Doctor that makes housecalls for elderly mom?

Hi -- My 78-year-old mom, who lives with us, is terrified of getting covid and no longer leaving the house. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a doctor or organization that provides actual medical care (not "home health care" -- help with daily activities, etc.) and/or emergency care in home. Thank you!!
