Patient/welcoming guitar teacher

Hello everyone!

My name is Sebastien Marie and I'm a guitar instructor based in the Bay Area. I've been teaching for a couple of years while also completing my degree as an environmental science student. For over 17 years, since the age of 6, I've been playing guitar. In high school, my band Sun Clay performed at the Gilman, KALX radio, and other venues around the Bay Area. 

As a teacher, I maintain a welcoming and patient attitude to help the student feel comfortable. My students are all levels and age ranges. We do jazz, classical, classic rock, etc.. really anything with guitar that the student wishes to learn. A typical lesson is divided in two parts: one part for music theory and technique, the second for learning songs and having fun.
