Rocca Creative Mentoring

My name is Lyndsey Rocca, I am a masters-level Expressive Arts Therapist providing creative mentorship to youth and young adults ages 7-21. Creative mentorship offers an alternative to traditional therapy which centers creative process, mindfulness, and connection to the natural world as tools for helping young people find their own creative ways of navigating life's challenges. Topics we explore include depression, anxiety, grief, transition, befriending difficult emotions, social / familial challenges, identity exploration, cultivating self-love, and belonging within one's community and the natural world. I believe that young people have so much internal wisdom, and my goal is provide a warm and open space for them to tap into and learn to trust that.
