Looking for a Family Photographer in East Bay
We would like to have a family photo shoot session (outside) and looking for photographer recommendations in the East Bay. I am looking to pay $300-500 so I am open to hiring an individual that does photography on the side. Let me know if you have recommendations, thank you!

Hi,Cindi Stephan did the photos for our wedding and we also had her do a family photo shoot before COVID. Her business is called Two Irises. She's a wonderful photographer. She asked us questions and quickly tuned into the kinds of photos we were hoping for. You can see the pictures on her website. She's in the East Bay. She also gave us full access to the images so we could print them ourselves or have her print them for us. She made us a lovely photo album and also some framed family photos for our home. Before COVID she would charged $500 for a day but I think she might have sliding rates now. I hope to hire her again.

Cannot recommend Kristin Lin highly enough (her site says weddings, but she does family photos, too!). She had wonderful suggestions for locations, made us feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, captured my wriggly 9 month old (and was able to make her teething drool look super charming), sent results quickly. Happy to share our family pics if its helpful!
We used Sara Pietras. She captures the most amazing moments on film! She is such a pleasure to work with as well. Sara has a background in child education and is a natural with kids. There is a calmness about her that puts everyone at ease. Highly highly recommend!
