Can anyone recommend a dentist who is good at diagnosing unusual dental problems? I need to get a second opinion on a tooth that is inexplicably continuing to hurt after various courses of treatment (starting with the removal of a calcium stone, then a root canal, and most recently treatment with antibiotics). I think my current dentist has used up all the tricks he has. Thanks. Margaret
