Styrofoam recycling in East Bay?

It looks like the most recent feed on this topic is from 2007/08. Recently, the El Cerrito recycling center stopped accepting styrofoam. Does anyone know of a place to recycle styrofoam in the East Bay (preferably closer to El Cerrito/Berkeley area)? All I could find online was a center in Sunnyvale.
