For gas leak, Chris 510 706 1022. He was amazing! Found 8 micro-spots in my house with gas leaks, reasonably priced (I paid $600 for diagnosis and repair) and super lovely, punctual senior worker :)

I am current working with John Banta at Restoration Consultants, Inc. He came very highly recommended by my naturopathic Dr after tests showed that I have mold toxicity illness. John has worked in the "mold business" for 30 years and is highly reputable, plus he's a kind and helpful person who will go out of his way to explain things to you. He truly has a nose for mold (and natural gas leaks) but also employs excellent scientific sampling and testing methodologies. I wish you luck and hope he can be of help to you.
