Jennifer Trinkle, LMFT
Community SubscriberI am psychotherapist in Berkeley who works mainly with teens and young adults, as well as with parents who feel held back by their own childhood experiences. If your young person has a depression or bipolar disorder diagnosis, is paralyzed with anxiety, can’t shake feelings of loneliness, or worries there is something fundamentally wrong with them, they are one of my people!
My approach is relational, strength- and attachment-based. When we deeply accept ourselves and have a strong sense of who we are, we are better able to connect with others and deal with adversity. This is true for kids, adolescents, and adults. I create a safe environment to explore, experiment, and create, which can lead to positive and lasting change, and meet with folks in person or virtually. For more information, visit my website.
