Did your child get mad today? How many times? Did they break anything? Did they hit you??

At Wits’ End Parenting most of our parents have kids with Big Feelings, and more than HALF of our parents have kids who are physically aggressive. And with our help these parents see their kids’ meltdowns and aggression decrease by more than 85% in just a few weeks!*

So what’s our secret? How do we help these kids to change SO much, so quickly? Here’s something that might surprise you. One of the first things we do is teach YOU to stop adding fuel to their fire!

Have you ever tried to help your child regulate, and nothing you did could reach them, and instead they just got ANGRIER??

This is something many experts don’t know – that when you have a child with big feelings, most of the mainstream calm-down strategies actually make the problem worse. You CAN’T get them to problem-solve; they WON’T do what they’ve learned in therapy or OT; they HATE it when you empathize; and when you try to co-regulate you walk away feeling terrible!

If your child struggles with emotional dysregulation and the “typical” tools aren’t working, give us a call. It doesn’t take long at ALL for Deeply Feeling kids to learn to self-regulate if you have the right tools. We look forward to talking with you!

Rebecah Freeling knows what she is doing. Her advice brought calm to our household after 5 years of chaos. She was able to get to the heart of any issue we brought up and prescribe an approach that addressed issues directly in a foundational way. I believe Rebecah is truly one of the best parent coaches out there.

We made more progress with the Wits’ End program than we made in a year of therapy! We've spent tens of thousands on therapists... Now I update our therapists with what I've learned from Wits' End!

*While we typically “solve” meltdowns and aggression in 1-3 weeks, many of the parents in our coaching programs work with us from 6-8 weeks. This lets us help with other behaviors they may want to address, and it gives them the time they need to become more fully grounded in the new strategies and habits.
