The Village Kids' Club: Ice Cream Art & Science Camp
Get ready for a cool and creamy adventure at our Winter Ice Cream Camp!
This two-day camp is designed for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade who love ice cream, science, and creativity. Each day, campers will make their own delicious ice cream, perform fun and educational science experiments, and engage in artistic activities. Plus, we'll have plenty of outdoor fun with lunch and field games at Littlejohn Park (weather permitting). It's the perfect way to enjoy the winter break!
Camp Highlights:
Ice Cream Making: Campers will become ice cream chefs, learning to make a variety of flavors and experimenting with different mix-ins. From classic vanilla to fun and funky combinations, kids will discover the joy of creating their own frozen treats.
Science Experiments: Through hands-on experiments, campers will explore the science behind ice cream making. They'll learn about freezing points, the role of salt in making ice cream, and the chemistry that makes their favorite dessert so delicious.
Creative Art Projects: Each day includes time for artistic expression. Campers will create ice cream-themed art projects, from designing their own ice cream cones to painting vibrant ice cream sundaes.
Outdoor Fun: Weather permitting, we'll head to Littlejohn Park for lunch and field games. Kids will enjoy a variety of activities that promote teamwork, physical fitness, and, most importantly, fun!
From creamy ice cream to creative art and thrilling science, this camp has it all! Don’t miss this opportunity to give your child a winter break they’ll always remember.
