The Village Kids' Club: Alameda Afterschool Program - Math, Science, Art
We have a very small, academically enriching afterschool program that makes learning fun - we're conducting information sessions and we're enrolling for the 25/26 school year. Quantum Quest at The Village Kids' Club offers a unique Math, Science & Art program for K-5 students, led by experienced educators, who bring 20+ years of teaching experience from prestigious Bay Area schools.
What sets us apart:
- Exceptional 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio enables personalized attention and customized curriculum
- Daily math instruction that builds confidence and tackles concepts beyond grade level
- Twice-weekly hands-on science experiments and projects
- Art education that strengthens creativity and resilience
- Regular field trips and enrichment activities
- Pick-up from Franklin, Love, and Maya Lin Elementary Schools - we'd like to add Otis
- Maximum of 18 students - makes our program great for kids that do well in small groups
Our students don't just learn—they thrive. They develop note-taking skills, build resilience through sports and activities, and gain confidence in navigating their world through supervised neighborhood walks and public transit adventures. The program runs until 5:30 PM and includes homework assistance.
