Do you and your child want to get involved in science?

Here at the Social Origins Lab at UC Berkeley, we are interested in child development, specifically the development of uniquely human cognition and behavior. We are looking for 2 year olds in the Bay Area to participate in our research games. They are a great way to get your little one involved and curious about science -- and it's fun too!

What would participating look like?

This would involve a series of short visits to our lab in Berkeley to play a game tailored for young children. We are interested in how children evaluate evidence. To examine this, your child will play a hiding game in which they win wooden blocks to build their own necklace! In total, each session takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

How to get involved

If you are interested in participating please fill out this google form or contact the lab manager directly at socialoriginsmanager [at] berkeley.edu. This project is ongoing for the next several months, so your participation does not need to be immediate. Filling out the form simply indicates that you are interested in joining our list of participating families.

We appreciate and value your support of our research! Please feel free to send this to anyone who may be interested.
